Size: 6.5×50, Toro.

Wrapper: Milk chocolate brown, oily and smooth texture with small veins.

Construction: Fairly firm and even feel when lightly squeezed.

Cold draw: Chestnuts and cinnamon sticks.

1st third: Starts with cream filled eclair, cacao, nutmeg, cinnamon sticks, roasted chestnuts and light wood.

2nd third: Brown sugar and sandalwood notes are added to the previous flavours, enjoyable and well balanced it’s the words for this part.

Burn: Burns sharp with a firm and stable white ash.

Smoke: Light smoke with a cool feeling on the tongue with a medium light draw.

3rd third: Slight pepper spice added, otherwise unchanged.

Duration: 15:00-17:00, 2h.

Conclusion: A medium bodied cigar with a medium strength profile. Smooth and well balanced flavours, of the two sizes the Robusto brought more complexity than this Toro.

Result: In my book this is a 92 point cigar.
