Size: 6×54, Toro.

Wrapper: Coffee bean, oily and smooth with tiny veins.

Construction: Firm even feel when lightly squeezed.

Cold draw: Earthy sweetness and a touch of white pepper.

1st third: Starts with a oily hazelnut and dark  chocolate spread, slight note of rye bread and pepper. Backed with a oakwood asperity.

2nd third: Mellows out, with a slight touch of cold coffee.

Burn: Burns fairly sharp with a firm and stable gray/white ash.

Smoke: Medium voluminous smoke with a medium cool feeling on the tongue with a medium light draw.

3rd third: No changes from previous parts.

Duration: 17:45-19:50, 2h 5min.

Conclusion: A medium bodied cigar with a medium to full strength profile. While still presenting good flavours, at times they felt muted and dialed back for the point of keeping it far to balanced on the flavour scale, but you still felt a kick of power in the background.

Result: In my book this is an 87 point cigar.
