Bought at Kind Cigars in 2014.
Location: This review was made indoors in Mellgrens Fine Tobacco’s cigar lounge.
Wrapper: Honduras Connecticut
Size: 6×52, Toro.
Wrapper: Nutty, smooth with small veins.
Construction: Firm even feel when lightly squeezed.
Cold draw: Sweet wheat biscuits.
1st third: Starts with a milk chocolate, hazelnut and medium roasted coffee.
2nd third: Keeps the same flavours steady.
Burn: Burns hasty, with a fairly sharp burn and a firm and stable white ash.
Smoke: Voluminous smoke with a cool feeling on the tongue and a light draw.
3rd third: Light white pepper added towards the last 2cm, otherwise it keeps the same.
Duration: 20:35-21:35, 1h.
Conclusion: A mild bodied cigar with a mild strength profile.
Result: In my book this is an 89 point cigar.
