Wrapper: Ecuadorian Habano
Binder: Dominican Corojo
Filler: Dominican: Corojo, Criollo 98, Piloto Cubano
Made in Dominican Republic.
Size: 5×46, Short Corona Gordo.
Wrapper: Milk chocolate, oily and silky-smooth with tiny veins.
Construction: Firm even feel when lightly squeezed.
Cold draw: Light wood notes and white pepper on the lips.
1st third: Starts with a milk chocolate, medium roasted coffee and toasted buttery bread.
2nd third: Keeps the previous flavours but in a smooth and creamy manor.
Burn: Burns fairly sharp with a firm and stable white ash.
Smoke: Voluminous smoke with a medium heat feel on the tongue and a medium light draw.
3rd third: Goes to a more dark chocolate note instead of the milk chocolate. Otherwise it keeps it’s previous smooth flavours.
Duration: 16:30-17:20, 50min.
Conclusion: A mild bodied cigar with a medium strength profile.
Result: In my book this is an 90 point cigar.
