Gifted by Srecko Pavicevic, owner of Global Cigar.
Location: This review was made indoors in Mellgrens cigar lounge.
Information: The filler is a combination of mild tobaccos from Panamá and Nicaragua. To attain a mild, well-balanced blend mainly Seco tobaccos were selected. The binder of the Leonel P-Series comes from Nicaragua and so does the golden-brown Claro wrapper.
Size: 5.5×52, Robusto.
Wrapper: Nutty shade, silky-smooth and tiny veins.
Construction: Fairly firm with some soft spots.
Cold draw: Light tone of peanuts.
1st third: Starts with a note of unsalted peanuts, light wood and dark chocolate.
2nd third: Keeps the same.
Burn: Burns fairly sharp, white firm ash.
Smoke: Voluminous white smoke, medium heat on the tongue and a light draw.
3rd third: Keeps the same until the end.
Duration: 17:25-18:35, 1h 10 min.
Conclusion: A medium bodied cigar, with a medium strength profile.
Result: In my book this is an 86 point cigar.
