Gifted by Jan Vistisen, owner of Royal Danish Cigars.
Location: This review was made indoors in a cigar lounge.
Wrapper: Milk chocolate, oily and silky smooth wrapper with tiny veins.
Construction: Firm even feel.
Cold draw: Light hay notes.
1st third: Starts with a light sandalwood note, some notes of white pepper and cinnamon. There is an overall sweetness but also it gives me a feeling of an old boat.
2nd third: Keeps the same sweet notes from before.
The burn: Burns steady and sharp with a white stable ash. Firm even feel.
Smoke: Voluminous white smoke with a cool feeling on the tounge and a light to medium draw.
3rd third: Keeps the same all the way through until the very end.
Conclusion: A medium bodied cigar with a medium strength profile. If this is an example of what is to come from Royal Danish Cigars in the future I look forward to it.
Result: In my book this is an 90 point cigar.
