Wrapper: Coffee bean brown, oily and smooth texture with tiny veins.
Construction: Fairly firm and even feel when lightly squeezed.
Cold draw: Barnyard & cedarwood storehouse.
1st third: Starts with a nut mix of cashew nuts and walnuts, allspice, ginger and cedarwood.
2nd third: While the middle section is very mellow it’s still enjoyable.
Burn: Burns fairly sharp with a firm and stable white-ish ash.
Smoke: Medium voluminous smoke with a medium heat feel on the tongue with a light draw.
3rd third: Cacao powder and cinnamon notes are stepping forward in the final part, while retaining the previous flavours.
Duration: 16:10-17:20, 1h 10min.
Conclusion: A medium to full bodied cigar with a medium strength profile. Nice flavour development from the start till the end.
Result: In my book this is a 90 point cigar.
