Gifted by Jared Ingrisano, Brand Manager of Debonaire Ultra Premium Cigars.
Location: This review was made indoors in a cigar lounge.
Wrapper: Dark brown wrapper, oily rough with slightly protruding veins.
Construction: Slight spongy feel, but evenly distributed tobacco all the was trough.
Cold draw: Dark chocolate and hay.
1st third: Dark roasted coffee, sweet earthy notes and bitter almonds.
2nd third: Keeps a steady flavor. Slight bitterness in the background. Like a coffee bitterness.
The burn: Burns fast, white-ish ash, stable and firm.
Smoke: Light smoke, but keeps smoking without puffing on it. Cool to the touch.
3rd third: Brings an interesting flavor of black pudding. It’s weird but hey, maybe it’s only my imagination. Otherwise it keeps the same from before.
Conclusion: It’s not bad, but it’s also not one of my favorites. Medium to full bodied cigar.
Result: In my book this is a 85 point cigar.
